For too long, the focus in healthcare has been on ‘germs’, symptoms, and their management - often relying on pharmaceutical interventions that may carry unwanted side effects. My approach centres instead on the body’s innate regenerative capacity, from newborns to later life, when given the right conditions or “terrain.” I also recognise the vital role of the body’s energy production and delivery systems in supporting healing.
Addressing underlying causes - such as musculoskeletal tension, nutritional deficiencies, toxin burden, or unresolved emotional patterns - is fundamental to my work. This is always approached with sensitivity, compassion, and respect for each individual’s experience.
My training has given me a deep understanding of the inseparable relationship between biomechanics, bioenergetics, and biochemistry. True health, balance, and harmony arise when these systems are working in coherence.
To complement my osteopathic practice, I have undertaken additional training and qualifications in:
With over 20 years of experience, alongside my adult and specialist paediatric osteopathy training, I am able to medically assess, diagnose, and offer appropriate treatment options or referrals when needed.
Through Somatics, I support you in recognising and releasing patterns of tension and chronic pain arising from injury, stress, repetitive strain, or habitual posture. This work enhances sensory awareness, improves posture, relieves pain, and supports overall wellbeing.
My HeartMath certification adds evidence-based techniques to help regulate the nervous system - supporting not only the release of stored tension but also preventing its recurrence.
Using Vitalfield HILDA technology, I can objectively assess energetic imbalances and priorities, allowing me to provide tailored lifestyle guidance, strategies, and treatment recommendations.
The Coherence Framework is central to my work. It offers a structured yet intuitive guide to help you reconnect with a state of ease and flow - supporting your journey towards coherence, resilience, and optimal health.
In 2020, I found the strength and clarity to trust in the innate intelligence and natural resilience of the body. I felt deeply aligned with my truth, alongside many courageous leaders in the field of health and wellbeing.
I am passionate about sharing knowledge with my patients - those seeking better health - and guiding them to take responsibility for their own wellbeing in a natural, supportive way. By making empowered choices, each person has the ability to become the very best version of themselves.
Many of us experience adversity at different stages of life, from childhood through to adulthood. Yet, we all have the capacity to choose healing. I feel incredibly blessed to have experienced stability and unconditional love from my grandparents. The time I spent with them continues to fill me with gratitude and joy, and their influence has profoundly shaped my sense of integrity and my heart-centred approach to practice.
I hold a deep passion for the care and development of the children and young people in our communities, and I am committed to continually learning and evolving to support their natural growth and wellbeing.
