Library of Resources

I absolutely love to learn and have read many books and articles. I also thoroughly enjoy listening to podcasts, lectures and attending courses. The more I learn, the more I realise there is to learn! I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I have gained, and with my life experiences and therapy, it feels a privilege to guide and help others on their path to full health – mind, body and soul.

I have listed some of my favourite resources for easy access as well as to acknowledge the incredible work of the wonderful people who have taught me so much.
