Energy & EZ Water

Energy

More than 100 years ago it was discovered that every body must be surrounded by fields which are related to the organism.

Therefore, during the 20th century, several devices were developed to measure and record electric fields generated by the organs, the heart, the muscles, the eyes, and the brain.

An example of this is measuring the heart rhythm via an ECG and the Vitatec Global Diagnostics machine.

If these biofields are based on energy, let us look at some definitions and how this can be applied to the body.

Some definitions…

  • Energy is defined as the capacity or ability to do work.
  • Frequency is the number of waves that pass a given point in one second. This is measured in hertz (Hz)
  • Amplitude is a measurement of the amount of energy transferred by a wave.

The Electromagnetic Spectrum

The visible light spectrum is the section of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum that is visible to the human eye. Essentially, that equates to the colours the human eye can see. It ranges in wavelength from approximately 400 nanometers (4 x 10-7 m, which is violet) to 700 nm (7 x 10-7 m, which is red).

What if we considered the gaping hole in our education and learning, to apply physics and bioenergetics to our health?

Everyday examples of Energy, Frequency (vibration) and Amplitude can be seen here:

(Apologies if you have a high-level qualification in physics!)

A Rainbow

  • Rainbows are multi-coloured arcs that form in the sky and are formed when sunlight shines through the water. As a result, light reflects off the water droplets, bends (called refraction) and splits.
  • When sunlight shines through the water droplets, it splits into seven colours. The seven colours of the rainbow are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. This is called a light spectrum!
  • The outer colour of a rainbow is normally red, and the inner colour is normally violet because the wavelength of red is bigger than that of violet.

Thought of the day

if we are mostly energy and 70% water, does that make us rainbows?

Table of body parts and their percentage of water: muscles, liver and skin 70–75%, blood 50%

We encounter energy everyday in all sorts of places

Including:

  • WiFi
  • X-Rays on broken bones
  • CT and MRI scans
  • Listening to the radio
  • Heating food in the microwave
  • Turning on the TV
  • Tanning in the sun

How can we relate this further to us as humans?

If we have already established that we are made up of a high percentage of water, let us consider what the frequency (vibration) of some of the tissues of our bodies might be too.

Every healthy organism exhibits certain typical electromagnetic fields, impulse structures and rhythms that extend over a wide range (from less than 1 Hertz to greater than 1,000 Terahertz) and contain a wealth of information.

Every diseased organism shows more, or less, strong deviations from these typical electromagnetic fields, impulse structures, rhythms, and the associated information — either in the sense of too rigid or in the sense of too chaotic impulse structures and rhythms.

The deviations in electromagnetic fields occur in frequency, amplitude, or phase. Deviations in electromagnetic fields occur even before physiological changes at the functional level of an organism, which means that this information can be regarded as an indicator system for imminent developments of a positive or negative nature and can be used to set the course.

The Internal Orchestra

Imagine, our whole electromagnetic field surrounding and permeating our physical body as a celestial choir. This orchestra within the human body plays at frequencies between 62-68 Hz; a harmonic melody that represents a balanced mind-body-spirit relationship. By staying within this range, one gets to tune his/her instrument to the optimum pitch with less stress, more energy, and an improved immune system.

Also, it is believed that being one with the Earth’s natural background frequency of 7.83Hz known as Schumann resonance helps us maintain our healing vibrational frequency like two instruments making harmonious tunes together.

Resonating or Dampening

Everything we come into contact with interacts with our energy.

If we are ‘on the same wavelength’ or vibrating at the same frequency as someone or something, we resonate and amplify each others energy.

If we encounter something or someone that vibrates at a lower frequency to us or is mismatched, our energy will be dampened or cancelled.

Noise cancelling earphones send out sound waves that are opposite to the background noise to cancel it out. We work in the same way.

Have you spent time with someone that lights you up? Your energies resonate with one another. Equally if you’ve had an argument with someone you might leave feeling depleted — opposing energies have cancelled each other out.

Different foods and supplements also have innate frequencies. Eating foods or taking supplements that resonate, can allow your light to shine brighter.

The Vitatec Honeycomb can measure your own frequency and how food, meds, supplements either stimulate, resonate, or dampen your natural frequency.

Dr Sarah Myhill

Dr Sarah Myhill has created a useful analogy to explain energy within the context of the body.

Available energy = Energy Delivered MINUS Energy Demand

In more detail, the Energy Delivery side of the equation will include the following components:

  • Fuel in the tank — Diet, hypoglycaemia, micronutrients, and gut function
  • Regular servicing — Sleep
  • The engine — Mitochondria
  • Oxygen and fuel delivery — Heart, lung, blood supply
  • Accelerator pedal — Thyroid gland
  • Gear box — Adrenal gland
  • Exhaust system — Liver, kidney, detoxing
  • The driver of the car — The brain

And the Energy Demand side of the equation will include the following components:

1. Normal energy expenditure:

  • Housekeeping duties – basic metabolism: heart, gut, liver, kidney, lung, hormonal function
  • Physical activity
  • Mental activity

Typical energy expenditure split:

  • Liver 27%
  • Brain 19%
  • Heart 7%
  • Kidneys 10%
  • Skeletal muscle 18%
  • Other organs 19%

2. Wasteful energy expenditure:

  • Immunological holes:a. Inflammation for healing and repairb. Inflammation in infectionc. Useless inflammation in allergy and autoimmunity
  • Emotional holes.Energy must be expended on daily “housekeeping” duties. I was intrigued to see the following energy expenditure breakdown in Wikipedia:

Frequencies of Food

High frequency foods include:

  • Fresh organic fruits and vegetables
  • Dark leafy greens
  • Fresh pressed green juice
  • Pure clean water
  • Raw nuts & seeds
  • Coconut
  • Raw organic dairy products
  • Free range eggs
  • Wild fish
  • Raw oils like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil
  • Sea vegetation
  • Raw honey and maple syrup
  • Fermented foods
  • Sprouted foods
  • Spirulina
  • Herbs & Spices
  • Herbal teas
  • Raw chocolate
  • Legumes
  • Grains such as buckwheat, brown rice, amaranth, and spelt.

Fresh foods have a higher frequency than dried foods:
Fresh Foods & Herbs: 20-27 Hz
Dried Foods & Herbs: 15-22 Hz

Illustration of high frequency foods: fruit, vegetables, nuts, honey, eggs, olive oil and fish

Low frequency foods include:

  • Genetically modified food
  • Food treated with pesticides
  • White rice and flours
  • Sugars
  • Coffee
  • Soda
  • Alcohol
  • Processed meats
  • Processed/packaged/canned foods
  • Fast food
  • Unhealthy oils
  • Frozen food
  • Pasteurised dairy products
  • Deep fried food
  • Microwaved food

To be in coherence, our bodies need to be in harmony with the frequencies of nature.

Sometimes we don’t have enough energy (as in Chronic fatigue or ME) or we waste energy.

Dr Myhill describes us as having a “pot of energy available to us on a daily basis (or a bank account) and we can choose to spend that energy mentally, physically, emotionally, or immunologically.” Sometimes, in cases of trauma for example there may not be choice regarding the immunological expenditure, and to an extent, in the emotional expenditure.

“When the pot of energy is empty, we have no more to spare. The brain stops us from doing more by making us feel fatigued. Of course, it is normal to feel tired at the end of the day and a night’s rest together with good food restores the energy pot for the next day.”

Poor energy delivery is caused by the wrong diet, poor sleep, mitochondrial failure, and poor adrenal and thyroid function.

Inflammation occurs when the immune system is activated. The immune system is activated in allergy, chronic infection, and auto-immunity.

In both CFS and ME there may be an emotional hole in the energy bucket.

The fuel for all our body systems to cellular level is food and drink. This is converted into a form that the body can use in mitochondria. (These are in fact derived from bacteria).

If we consider not just the biochemical impact of food but the bioenergetics of what we are eating, ultra-processed food is incredibly dense with low frequency (and therefore long waves). Plants (fruit and veg) are high in frequency (shorter wavelengths), are high in antioxidants and fibre.

Disease occurs when the body systems and cells are affected by an acidic pH, toxin overload, unresolved emotions, or nutrient deficiencies. This internal terrain or environment creates a low frequency and stagnation, becoming blocked and adynamic.

EZ Water

“EZ water,” or “exclusion zone water,” refers to a type of structured water that is believed to form at interfaces, like the boundary between water and hydrophilic (water-attracting) surfaces. This concept was popularized by researchers like Gerald Pollack, who suggested that EZ water has unique properties, such as increased viscosity and different behaviours in terms of solubility and hydration. Some proponents propose that EZ water plays a role in biological processes and health.

The Fourth Phase of Water

The material now appears in a book, published 2013, entitled The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid and Vapor.

Sample chapters are freely accessible at www.ebnerandsons.com, which also contains published reviews. Reader reviews can be found on Amazon.com.

Many lectures and interviews on the material above can be found on the internet. Of interest are two TEDx talks. The original one presents an outline of the basic discoveries, designed for a lay audience. The second one, 2016, describes the relevance of EZ water for health.

Veda Austin is a water researcher, public speaker, mother, artist and author. She has dedicated the last 10 years observing and photographing the life of water. She believes that water is fluid intelligence, observing itself through every living organism on the planet and in the Universe.

Her primary area of focus is photographing water in its ‘state of creation’, the space between liquid and ice. It is through her remarkable crystallographic photos that water reveals its awareness of not only Creation, but thought and intention through imagery.

Masaru Emoto (江本 勝, Emoto Masaru, July 22, 1943 – October 17, 2014) was a Japanese businessman and author who claimed that human consciousness could affect the molecular structure of water. His 2004 book The Hidden Messages in Water was a New York Times best seller.

A great article that explains this beautifully can be found here:
